This has reference to your mail dated 12th June 2023 with regard to the non-submission of financial results pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 subsequent to which the Company had replied vide its email dated 23rd June 2023.In this regard we wish to inform you that the Company vide its letter dated 30th May 2023 (outcome of the Board Meeting) had informed the Exchange that the Company was yet to receive the audited financial results from its foreign subsidiaries. To date the Company has not received the same. Consequently the Consolidated financial results have got delayed and the Company is yet to file the same with the Exchange.We hope to publish the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial results shortly. We request the Exchange for an extension of time for submission of the results.
