With reference to your email dated June 12 2023 and our response dated June 15 2023 and subsequent discussion we had with listing compliance team please find attached herewith Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31 2023 pursuant to the Regulations 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 after incorporating the Consolidated cash flow Statement.Please further note that there is no impact on the financial figures reported in the statement of standalone and consolidated audited financial results the Statement of Assets and liabilities and the Standalone cash flow statement submitted earlier on May 24 2023 except the addition of the consolidated cash flow statement.Please acknowledge and take the same on your records.
