Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI Listing Regulations we wish to inform you that our Registrar and Share Transfer Agent viz Bigshare Services Private Limited have informed the Company on July 05 2023 regarding receipt of request from joint shareholders of the Company for issuance of duplicate share certificate
