In terms of Regulation 57(5) of SEBI(LODR) Regulations2015 we hereby confirm that the Company has not issued and have no Non-Convertible preference shares NCDs/ Bonds or any other Non- convertible securities during the quarter ended on 30th June 2023. Therefore the provision is not applicable
