Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) read with sub-clause (7A)of clause A in part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations we wish to inform you that M/S. A.R. Krishnan and Associates Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration No. 009805S) vide its letter dated 29th June 2023 have resigned as Statutory Auditors of the Company with immediate effect due to the restructuring of Audit by Audit Partner Mr. A Senthil Kumar. The Company has received the letter on 9th July 2023 through courier.The Board shall consider the matter urgently and do the needful relating to appointment of new Auditor(s) which shall be informed to the stakeholders immediately.A copy of the resignation letter and Annexure-A as per SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD1/114/2019 received from the Auditors.
