SURAJ LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/07/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Under Regulation 29 and any other Regulation of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday July 21 2023 at 10.30 a.m. to transact the following business;1. To consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30 2023.2. Any other item with the permission of the Chair and Majority of Directors.Further Pursuant to Clause 4 of the Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 vide their respective Circulars: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April 2019 the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives closed from the date of July 01 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended June 30 2023.
