Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. 10th July 2023 approved the change in designation of Mr. Umesh Sanghavi from Chairman and Whole-time Director to Chairman and Managing Director w.e.f 10th July 2023.
