We hereby inform that 83330 nos of equity shares of the Company held by (Late) Mrs. Pushpa Sethia one of the Promoters of the Company has been transmitted to her son Mr. Siddharth Sethia. After getting the shares Mr. Siddharth Sethia gifted the shares to Sushma Sethia Sushma Pankaj Sethia and Chitra PC Goliya. The total shareholding of the Promoter and Promoter Group remains unchanged at 33.63%.
