The Net worth of the company for the financial year ended 31.3.2023 is less than Rs.25 crores.Inview of the above and as per Reg 15(2) of SEBI(LODR) regulations 2015 Corporate governance is not applicable to our company and accordingly we are not submitting corporate governance report under regulation 27(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 for the quarter ended 30th june 2023
