The Company received a notice today (as a Corporate debtor) in the matter of Section 7 of the Insolvency and bankruptcy code 2016 read with rule 4 of the insolvency and bankruptcy (application to adjudication authority) rules 2016 and in the matter of application by financial creditor to initiate corporate insolvency resolution process under chapter - II of part - II of the Code.
