ASHNOOR TEXTILE MILLS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/07/2023 inter alia to consider and approve the proposal for raising funds by way of the issue of one or more instruments including equity shares/convertible securities either by way of Preferential Issue/ Rights Issue/or any other mode as may be considered.The trading window as intimated earlier for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the designated persons and their immediate relatives and will open after 48 hours of the conclusion of the Board meeting in which the financial results for the quarter ended at June 30 2023 will be approved.
