Tuesday July 18 2023 which commenced at 3.45 P.M. and concluded at 4.20 P.M. inter alia have considered and approved following business:<BR> 1. Approved the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results (with limited review report of Auditor) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2023.<BR> 2. To amend the Memorandum of Association of the Company due to changes in authorized share capital of the Company subject to approval of the members of the Company.
