ELANTAS BECK INDIA LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 01/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Second quarter and half year ended 30 June 2023. Pursuant to the Code of conduct for Insider Trading framed by the Company under the Insider Trading Regulations Trading Window (i.e. period to deal in the Companys Shares) shall remain closed from Saturday 1 July 2023 for all the aforesaid financial results are declared to the stock exchange.
