In accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depository and Participant) Regulations 1996) for the quarter ended on 30th June 2023 and based on the certificate (enclosed herewith) received from our Registrar and transfer Agent i.e. Bigshare Service Pvt Ltd confirming that the said Regulation is not applicable to the Company as the entire holding of the Companys shares are in demat form and we have not received any request from the shareholder for rematerialisation or dematerialization during the quarter ended on 30th June 2023.
