This is to inform you that the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on July 19 2023 have approved the re-appointment and remuneration of Mr. Niraj Gada as the Managing Director of the Company and Mr. Kaushik Gada as the Whole Time Director of the Company for a further term of three years each with effect from July 26 2023 subject to the approval of the Shareholders.
