MOONGIPA CAPITAL FINANCE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/07/2023 inter alia to consider and approve With reference to the captioned subject and in terms of Regulation 29 & 33 of the Listing Regulations we would like to inform your good office that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Moongipa Capital Finance Limited (the Company) is scheduled to be held on Friday July 28 2023 inter-alia to consider the following :- a) the proposal for raising of funds by way of the issue of one or more instruments including equity shares/ convertible securities either by way of Preferential Issue/ Rights Issue/or any other mode as may be considered;b) the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2023.
