Non-Applicability Of Disclosure Under Regulation 23(9) Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015- Disclosure Of Related Party Transactions For The Quarter Ended June 30 2023.

As per the Audited Accounts of the Company as of March 31 2023 the paid-up equity share capital of the company is Rs.500000/- and net worth of the company is Rs.9831000 which is below the threshold limit as specified under the SEBI(LODR) Regulations2015.Therefore Regulation 15(2) and provision of Regulation 23(9) of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 as amended are not applicable to the company.Hence our Company is not required to submit Disclosure of Related Party Transactions for the quarter ended June 302023 as required under Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015.
