This is to inform that the 28th AGM is scheduled to be held on Friday August 11 2023 at 4.00 P.M. IST through VC/OAVM. Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Monday July 31 2023 to Friday August 11 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 28th AGM of the Company.
