It was observed that while preparing the Independet Auditors report for the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2019 due to clerical mistake the word Review got inadvertently mentioned by M/s. Sunil K Sharma Chartered Accountants Statutory Auditors of the Company. The Statutory Auditors issued a confirmation certificate in this regard confirming that the Report dated 29th May 2019 issued by them was Audited one and not the Reviewed report. The same was filed with BSE Limited . The Confirmation Certificate by Statutory Auditors in this regard is enclosed herewith and marked as ANNEXURE-I.
