Mukta Agriculture Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/07/2023 inter alia to consider and approve In terms of the provision of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday 28th July 2023 at the registered office of the Company inter alia to consider approve and adopt the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June 2023.Pursuant to the Companys Code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading in Securities of the Company the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company was closed with effect from 1st July 2023 and will open Forty-Eight (48) hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended 30th June 2023
