Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI ( LODR)Regulations 2015 the Company has received intimation on July 212023 from our RTA Purva Sharegistry India Private Limited for loss of shares / issue of Duplicate shares from the Shareholder Mahesh Chand Sharma for 440 shares of Folio No. 026654 share certificate No.0016466 bearing Distinctive Nos.27588621 to 27589060.Pursuant to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/ HO/MIRSD /MIRSD _ RTAMB /P/2022/8 DATED 25.01.22 a letter of confirmation will be issued to the securities holder/ claimant upon completion of necessary procedures regarding duplicate share certificates.
