Shri Niwas Leasing And Finance Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 01/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve With reference to the above mentioned subject we hereby inform you that the Board Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday 1st August 2023 at the registered office of the Company to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results as per Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 of the Company for quarter ended on 30th June 2023 and to take on record of Limited Review Report submitted by statutory Auditor of Company for quarter ended on 30th June 2023 and to consider any other matter with the permission of chair if any.Further the company has already closed the trading window for the Insiders covered under the companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor & Report Trading by Insiders w.e.f 29.06.2023 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of Company in accordance with SEBI (PIT) Reg. 2015 in Ref. No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02 2019.
