EMAMI PAPER MILLS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the first quarter ended 30th June 2023.Further in continuation of our letter dated 26th June 2023 we have already communicated the closure of trading window of the Company from 1st July 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the aforesaid Financial Results.
