We wish to inform that the Board of Directors in their meeting held today i.e. July 25 2023 inter-alia considered and approved the following items:1. Allotment of 86670000 (Eight Crores Sixty-Six Lacs Seventy Thousand Only) equity share warrants to non-promoters on Preferential Basis at an issue price of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two Only) each upon receipt of 25% of the total consideration.The above said allotments have been made in accordance with the terms mentioned in the notice of Postal Ballot dated 28.03.2023 and in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and SEBI (ICDR) Regulations. Disclosures pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9 2015 is attached as Annexure A.
