This is to inform that Mr. Ravi Kumar (ACS 5438) has today conveyed his decision to resign as Company secretary & Compliance Officer due to personal reasons Mr. K Ravi Kumar will continue to discharge his duties as Company secretary until the close of business hours on Monday July 31 2023 to facilitate smooth transition.The Board has accepted his decision to resign from the services of the company. Kindly note that the said resignation will be taken on record at ensuing meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company.
