With reference to the board meeting held on 20th June 2023 the board passed a resolution to hold the 44th Annual General Meeting of the company on 31st July 2023. However the company would like to inform that the 44th Annual General Meeting is to be adjourned and will not be held on the said date. The date for the 44th Annual General Meeting of the company will be declared soon and accordingly intimated.
