Pursuant to Regulation-32(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Company has not raised any funds through Public Issue Right Issue Preferential Issue QIP etc. for quarter ended 30th June2023.Hence The Statement of Deviation or Variation in Public Issue Right Issue Preferential Issue QIP etc. under Regulation- 32(1)of SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 for quarter ended 30th June 2023 is not applicable to the Company.
