This is with reference to letter dated on July 1 2022 and letter dated August 13 2022 the SAT has confirmed opinion that the impugned order cannot be sustained and is quashed. The appeal is allowed with no order as to costs. The miscellaneous application is also disposed of as on July 25 2023
