Pusuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI Listing Regulations and pursuant to section 91 of the Companies Act 2013 the register of Memebers of the Company will be closed from 12th Augsut 2023 to 19th August 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 42nd AGM and dividend.Further hereby informed that the company fixed 11th August 2023 as record date for the purpose of determining entitlement of members of the company to receive dividend of Rs. 1/- per euqity shares for the financial year 2022-23
