Radhakrishnan (PAN:AACPR5498M) one of the Promoter the 3757166 (50.31%) equity shares held by him have been transmitted to his wife-Nominee Mrs. R. Gomathi the other Promoter by way of transmission. In view of the above the total number of Promoters has come down from two to one.
