Our Statutory Auditor M/s. S K Agrawal Co Chartered Accountant LLP has issued the Limited Review Report on the Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30 2023.The Un-Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30 2023 along with the Limited Review Report are enclosed herewith and it shall also be available on the Companys website i.e. www.iwpkatha.com.The meeting commenced at 3.00 P.M. and concluded at 4.15 P.M.
