RATNAMANI METALS & TUBES LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday August 9 2023 to inter alia consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the first quarter ended on June 30 2023. Further as intimated earlier vide our letter dated June 29 2023 we inform you that pursuant to the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading by the Designated Persons of the Company the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons will remain closed from Saturday July 1 2023 up to Friday August 11 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of announcement of aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results.
