The Company has fixed Friday August 25 2023 as the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholders to receive the Interim Dividend if declared by the Board. The Company has also fixed Friday August 25 2023 as the record date for Final Dividend for the financial year 2022-2023 if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM of the company.
