Announcement Under Regulation 30 (6) Of LODR - Updates: Completion Of Sale/Transfer Of The Express Network Business Of The Company To MLL Express Services Private Limited Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Of The Company

In compliance with Regulation 30(6) and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations we would like to inform that in terms of the Business Transfer Agreement with MLL Express Services Private Limited (MESPL) wholly owned subsidiary the sale/ transfer of the Companys Express Network Business to MESPL is complete and consequently MESPL has today viz. 31 July 2023 allotted 20832222 equity shares to the Company towards consideration for the said sale / transfer. Detailed disclosure in this regard is attached.
