INDIA TOURISM DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform that Audit Committee Meeting and Board Meeting inter alia for discussing and approving the Un-Audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter ended 30.06.2023 will be held on Tuesday the 08.08.2023 at 1500 hours and 1530 hours respectively at Board Room Ashok Hotel Chankyapuri New Delhi- 110021. Further in continuation to our disclosure on Closure of Trading Window pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 read with Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2 April 2019 issued by BSE the Trading Window has already been closed with effect from 01.07.2023 for all the Designated Persons and Insiders of the Company and shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours from the date of declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ending on30.06.2023.
