SOFTSOL INDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) we wish to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday August 04 2023 to consider the matter of incorporating a wholly-owned subsidiary company for the purpose of demerging and vesting of the software business of the Company to the proposed wholly-owned subsidiary. The Board of Directors of the Company will consider and discuss the proposal of said demerger in its subsequent meeting(s).
