Globus Constructors & Developers Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2023. Further in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and vide our letter dated 29th June 2023 the Trading Window of the Company has already been closed from 1st July 2023 and shall reopen post 48 hours of declaration of said Financial Results.
