The Company regrets to inform about the sad demise of Sri Sreeramakrishna Grandhi (DIN: 06921031) Chairman and Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company on Monday 31st July 2023 which was intimated to the Company by the family members of Sri Sreeramakrishna Grandhi today i.e. 1st August 2023. His sudden and unexpected passing will be an irreparable loss to the Company. All the Directors shareholders and employees of the Company convey their deep sympathy and sincere condolences to his family.
