This is to inform you that on August 01 2023 the Company has received a request from Dalmia Bharat Refractories Limited (DBRL) to postpone the Scheme for the time being as DBRL is contemplating some corporate action. Accordingly the Board of Directors has in its meeting held today August 01 2023 consented to postpone the Scheme.
