Further to our letter dated 21st July 2023 we write to advise you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. 3rd August 2023 has approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June 2023 after review of the same by the Audit Committee of the Board.In terms of Regulation 30 read with para A Part A of the Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we enclose the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June 2023 along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon as prepared in accordance with Regulation 33 of the said Regulations.The Meeting commenced at 12:30 P.M. and concluded at 1:50 P.M
