HIND ALUMINIUM INDUSTRIES LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve In terms of the provisions of Regulation 29 of Listing Regulations we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday 11th August 2023 to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 1st quarter ended 30th June 2023.As informed by our communication dated 30th June 2023 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from 1st July 2023 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited financial results.
