Closure of Trading Window

In accordance with the applicable Regulations of SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 read with BSE & NSE clarification vide Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and NSE/CML/2019/11 respectively and in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct as amended the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company which was closed with effect from July 01 2023 shall remain closed till August 12 2023.
