Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2023. 2. Any other matter with the permission of the Chairman.In continuation to our previous intimation dated 4th July 2023 on closure of Trading Window we would like to inform that the trading window of the Company for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the designated persons including promoters directors key managerial personnel designated employees and other connected persons of the Company till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2023.
