Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI(LODR Reg2015) we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 3rd August 2023 appoints S. K. Dhar & Co a practicing chartered accountant having (FRN. 30741E) as statutory of the company to fill in the casual vacancy caused due to death of previous statutory auditor i.e. CA Kumar Roybarman Prasanta and Associates.
