Pursuant to Regulations 39(3) of SEBI Regulations 2015 we have received information from our registrar & transfer agent (Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd) regarding loss / theft of share certificates and request for issue of duplicate share certificates.We have initiated the procedure to issue shares in dematerialized form with respect to the aforesaid investor request for issue of duplicate share certificate.The above shares have been put in stop transfer by RTA and they have been further advised by the company to verify the particulars of the request and advise the shareholder accordingly.
