This is in furtherence to our disclosure dated July 14 2023 regarding closure of Greenwich Associates Canada ULC a wholly owned subsidiary of CRISIL Limited.Please be informed that in terms of the Certificate of Surrender received from the Registrar of Companies today Greenwich Associates Canada ULC has been closed with effect from July 31 2023 post receiving the requisite approval of the competent authorities. As a result it has ceased to be a subsidiary of CRISIL effective July 31 2023.
