Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Friday 4th August 2023 which commenced at 10:30 a.m and concluded at 11:30 a.m has approved the proposal of re-appointment of Smt. Swati Bajaj (DIN:01180085) as an Independent Director for the second term of five consecutive years from 13th August 2023 till 12th August 2028in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2013 subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.Ms. Bajaj is not debarred or disqualified from being appointed or for continuing as Director of Companies by the Securities Exchange Board of India(SEBI)/ Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) or any such Statutory Authority.
