In terms of Regulation 30 33 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (LODR Regulations) we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held today i.e. on August 04 2023 commenced at 10.45 A.M. and concluded at 11:45 A.M. have inter alia transacted the following businesses: 1) Approved the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2023. Copies of the Un-Audited Financial Results and Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the company for the said quarter is enclosed.2) The Company has made arrangement for release of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30 2023 in the newspaper as per the requirement of the LODR Regulations.
