ALFA ICA (INDIA) LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the 1st Quarter ended on June 30 2023.Please be informed that in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from July 01 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the announcement/ declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending on June 30 2023.
