Pursuant to the provisions of regulation 30 and 31A(8) of the Listing Regulations we wish to inform you that the board at its meeting held today i.e. 04th August 2023 has inter alia considered and approved the request for reclassfication of Five promoters from Promoter/promoter Category to Public Category.
